@GovTrack A little sunlight isn't a bad idea and disclosure of what prosecutors (progressive or otherwise) prosecute or decline could be interesting. But what it would miss are the crimes that don't make it to the prosecutor. The vast majority of crimes are not prosecuted. This is a feature, not a bug, but failure to recognize it means people assume that only some subset of prosecutors are refusing the prosecute many crimes
