I'm not mad about the fact that Elon decided to shut down 3rd party apps. That was on the back of our minds for years and we knew it was inevitable when he took control.

It's that he did it with no warning or grace period to prepare our customers. We are grateful for those who are understanding and offer full support. But for every one of you, there are 2-3 more customers who want their money back. It's just a complete disaster. Many who had a sub for 7-10 months want prorated money back.

With that said, it is now time for me to go ride my bike. In fact, I'm taking 2 bikes with me today and will ride them both.

Wasn’t kidding about the 2 bikes. 🙃

@mark inb4 it’s actually a folding bike
@elias blasphemy in my circle. 😅
@mark A fellow 1UP owner, I see. Nice choice!
@mark I wanted to thank you and @paul. Tweetbot has been instrumental in shaping my love for apps and design (along with Reeder RSS app). Can’t wait to use Ivory and keep on supporting you guys

@mark

I believe you. I am New in Mastodon. What do you do with Apple domain ?

@mark dirt jumper and a HT?
@spangborn dirt jumper and trials bike. I usually hit the jumps for an hour and then jump on the trials bike until I’m about to pass out. 😅
@mark Skills! Jumps terrify me as a roadie/gravel guy branching off into MTB
@spangborn I had a bad crash in November where I was knocked out for 20 minutes and had a concussion. 😅 But it’s so much fun and I’m going to keep progressing slowly until the day I can’t. 🙂
@mark is that a dirt jumper too? 🤩

@mark so much fun!

My local trail has some great jumps, but I’m hitting them all on the trail bike for now.

@mark can you guys make a couple of wallpapers dedicated to Tweetbot? I just can’t get over the fact that it’s done. It’s like I lost a family member. I might sound dramatic, but it is what it is. 💔
@mark is that a PBJ? Nice! An old DH race teammate of mine is responsible for that bike, and hooked me up with a deal on a Spire last year. Love Transition!
@Meat_Bucket nice! Yea this is my second pbj frame. I love transition as well. I have a scout with a 160mm fork and 150mm rear with a coil. Such a fun bike!
@mark awesome!
For me it was between the Spire and Patrol, and the Spire was available in the build and size I needed. Plus it’s bright orange. Haven’t ridden since last summer though when I had a seemingly innocuous crash and got a mild concussion and separated shoulder. I need to get back on it!
@Meat_Bucket sounds like you live somewhere with actual mountains. 😅 I have to take trips for those these days. Crashes suck, but hope you get back on it! I had a crash in November on a jump where I was knocked out with a concussion as well. Just have to take it slow.
@mark yes, Washington State. I still have to drive a ways for “real” mountains, but not too far.
@mark reminds me that the full sus and the hard tail need a nice dirt jumper to keep them company
@mattrob They are fun to ride! They are the older gentleman's BMX. Haha. I have a BMX, but every joint in my body hurts after riding it around the skatepark for an hour.
