I'm not mad about the fact that Elon decided to shut down 3rd party apps. That was on the back of our minds for years and we knew it was inevitable when he took control.

It's that he did it with no warning or grace period to prepare our customers. We are grateful for those who are understanding and offer full support. But for every one of you, there are 2-3 more customers who want their money back. It's just a complete disaster. Many who had a sub for 7-10 months want prorated money back.

@mark I would happily contribute to a fund to help you guys bridge a gap for a while, and I wouldn't ask for an Ivory subscription as compensation.

As for refunds, I would only grant them for people that ask, and only if they were charged since the fiasco began. Nothing automatic. You simply cannot make everyone happy.

Also, screw Elon, and screw Twitter's (former) Board for thinking he was Twitter's savior. Jack and company were equally short-sighted.
