I'm not mad about the fact that Elon decided to shut down 3rd party apps. That was on the back of our minds for years and we knew it was inevitable when he took control.

It's that he did it with no warning or grace period to prepare our customers. We are grateful for those who are understanding and offer full support. But for every one of you, there are 2-3 more customers who want their money back. It's just a complete disaster. Many who had a sub for 7-10 months want prorated money back.

@mark I had canceled my auto-renew since it seemed like y’all didn’t want to charge people if the app was going to no longer work; I realize now that’s coming from a customer service perspective.

I just turned my auto-renew back on to help!
