it shows Chester had 601 covid associated deaths in 2020. The vax wasn't readily available but it gives some indication. There have been 687 deaths since Jan. 1, 2021 That is about .127% of their population
In Juniata county there were 68 deaths, so 123 deaths since then. That is about .534%
Chester had many deaths in Jan. 2021 so safe to assume since vax was readily available Juniata has had 5X more deaths than Chester
