One of the biggest issues I see among people with leadership roles, is dominance and over-talking during meetings

This is something I really try to check myself on when I am in charge of a meeting

Sometimes what appears to be an uncomfortable silence is needed to let others speak

And checking-in with the quiet people to see if they have anything to add is crucial
