Look, I read Trump LOLsuits for a living. That is my IRL job. I have read every suit Judge Middlebrooks talks about here.
This order is a scathing *and true* indictment of Trump's gross misuse of the legal system AND THE ATTORNEYS WHO ABUSE THE PROFESSION TO HELP HIM.

And the court connects it to the fundraising, pointing out that the litigation exists not to vindicate a valid claim, but to raise ever more money.
