@bensaufley so hold up. They're asking people to not ask for refunds for a product that doesn't work anymore? And it's a subscription so how long exactly are they supposed to let it run without it working?

Maybe they should do what people in America do when they get sick: start a GoFundMe 😠

@mav subscriptions will cancel automatically. They're asking not to ask for refunds for the latest period. This was sprung on them as much as it was sprung on the users.
