@ivory hello Ivory. I know you don’t have much time for support at the moment so sorry to bother you, but I’m having trouble using Ivory on mastodon.social at all for the past day or two. Getting this error almost non stop. Is this likely to be an app thing or a server thing? Thank you.

@james_s most likely a server issue, but hard to say exactly. Best way to tell is when you get that message in the app, try the web interface too and see if it works better or not.
