also wtf is cold-pressed lemon juice? are people out there hot pressing lemons? are we presumed to be dyslexic and not notice that the "cold-pressed" here isn't actually modifying the oil (where cold-pressing is particularly important b/c heat oxidizes polyunsaturated fats)? wtf
