I’m very confused about how my worth as a biological female is tied to whether I have children or not.

Someone just found out I am 38, lives alone and doesn’t have children.

Before they knew this I was getting heaps of praise for being successful and plucky for my age.

I asked them how old they thought I was and got 26. When I said I was 38. I got the oh poor you look. And then the age old children talk.
