My god #Andor is boring. Show of the year my pants.
@admdvs Oh wasn't it... until the last couple of episodes in which it was awesome. Just took way too long TO GET THERE!!
@StuRap ughhhhhhh. I've just copped out after episode 7. I didn't think we were doing the standing-around-talking-for-nine-hours genre any more
@admdvs @StuRap I've only seen the first three eps, primarily because I fell asleep out of boredom during the third one and can't bring myself to watch it again

@mikestevens @admdvs I reckon you gotta force your way through 2 more (ep 9) for the reward

6 more for you Stevo

@StuRap @mikestevens I mean there's absolutely no way I can watch another five hours of talking cardboard

@admdvs @mikestevens I did it so that others need not*

*this is untrue

@mikestevens @StuRap We forced ourselves beyond ep 3 because of all the good press but CHRIST
@admdvs Agree! Bogged down in the middle episodes where nothing happens.
@neenish_tart And SO bogged down! I remember one of the main criticisms of the prequels (?) being that people spent most of their time stood around talking about trade tariffs, but seriously half of #Andor seems to be exactly that. Baffling.
@admdvs After finishing it, I realise I was viewing with the wrong genre expectations in mind. Andor is great as a political drama or even a sort of period piece, but anyone wanting a typical Star Wars Bobalorian-type thingy will be disappointed. #Andor #StarWars
@neenish_tart I was actually hoping for a good drama (and not spaceship-spaceship-kerblam-kerblam), but the whole thing was so wooden and dry that I couldn't sustain focus #Andor #StarWars
