@WendyMsGator Thanks! We need a huge crop this year. 2019-20 was impossible to grow in due to hit, dry bushfire weather. We had fires closing in on us from 3 sides. 2020-21 and 2021-22 summers were monsoons. We're almost out of home canned tomato sauces... got to get a minimum of 40kg this year but could can 100kg if we're lucky enough to get them

@WendyMsGator I'm pretty sure we can can all of it. We recently scored a bunch of new Ball mason jar lids from the beauteous Grrlchild who now lives in LA and occasionally comes back to Sydney to visit her airline employer. I think we have about 60 qt jars which would be able to handle about 120kg of processed red sauce & passata.
