Gentler Streak say’s I’m stable now, so I guess I can restart couch to 5k again.

Need to add in stretching/yoga on non running days because I’m as limber as no.

I’ve been walking 30-45 minutes a day since 1/1. My goal is closing all three rings for the entire year. Yes it’s going to be hard as I sit for work. But I also have a sit/stand desk, so I should use it in stand mode more too.
