The old #EuropeanDataPortal had #Eurovoc tags for datasets in its #metadata, see screenshots...
but this seems to have been removed in the current version? example: https://data.europa.eu/data/datasets/yfspvoibibfesstjomhcg?locale=en

Does anyone know why there are no more #Eurovoc annotations there? Seems a decrease of quality/structure in the metadata to me...

Hi @AxelPolleres, thanks for the question. I am one of the developers of the portal. Actually, we do support Eurovoc. It is stored in dct:subject and if set you find it under the Subjects section. Here is an example: https://data.europa.eu/data/datasets/3e18ang6qivmvdmnksslxa?locale=en The current issue is that the underlying metedata standard DCAT-AP has no dedicated property for Eurovoc yet. We are in discussion with SEMIC how to integrate it better in the future.

@fabiankirstein Thanks for the clarification... as te screenshot shows, the eurovoc metadata used to be visible through the Web UI as well before, that's why I missed it. Also, the particular dataset I was referring to hat Eurovoc metadate before, which now seems to be disappeared?
@AxelPolleres Indeed, for this particular dataset dct:subject is not present anymore. Since we are only harvesting the data, I assume it is gone at the source. If you really want to know, you might consider to make an official request here: https://data.europa.eu/en/contact-us This will make it easier that the correct contact point is asked about it.
