I'm going on a much-needed vacation soon and looking for several book suggestions.

I like thrillers, mysteries, sometimes books about current events (strangely I enjoyed reading House of Cards about the Bear Stearns implosion).

We read several of the Harry Potter books to our kids while sailing along the New England coast some years back.

Since I'm a twitter refugee and have only 1 follower here, this might just be another tree falling in a vast woodland.
