We're back :)
@protonmail
What happened?
@skobkin We have recently come back to Mastodon :) Still not super active like our Twitter, but we're back.
@protonmail @skobkin I do hope you post more here. Some of us can no longer have twitter accounts.
@protonmail @skobkin Sounds good, my twitter account is closed, so nice if you use Mastodon now😎
@protonmail You should mirror here whatever you post there! Many of us (Customers) are not too active on Twitter. You should understand why! 😉
@V1rus_One Thank you for the suggestion, we'll look into it!
@protonmail And where were you? 🤔 Anyway Welcome back
@emma @protonmail i guess they couldn't pay 2 social media managers and for one person the so many accounts were overwhelming
@protonmail It was about time! ❤️
@protonmail
On F-droid ?
without trackers ?
@protonmail good to have you back! Don’t forget to verify your profile links: https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/profile/

Get started with your new account.

@protonmail Pity you left in the first place 🤔 but nice to see you back.
@mannp Limited resources meant we weren't able to check all channels (and we have a lot of channels since we have a lot of products). But we're bigger now, so we'll try to be here also!
@protonmail I remember, just envisaged Mastodon to be closer fit for your business ethos, if you had to choose 🙂

@protonmail

Great! Now bring back the 'undo' button in the Android app, after a message is accidentally trashed.

@protonmail

So you finally fired the person that decided to leave?

@selea @protonmail
hehe, easy to spot fan number one.
But I am curious what made them return here, I am not really up to date with all that social media stuff
@protonmail You should set up your own instance.

@atomicpoet ,

Yes, with support for #IMAP4 i.e., offering a #Fediverse bridge for inboxes 😀

/cc @protonmail

#ODSMail

@kidehen

Interesting! Does it bridge both directions?

@atomicpoet @protonmail

@protonmail By coming back, you've secured yourself at least 1 customer when my current e-mail provider expires 🙂
@protonmail How about joining Post.News as well?
@protonmail Thanks for doing the right thing!
@protonmail Yeah, would be great if you used this to mirror your Twitter threads. Pretty please?
@delimiter It's a good suggestion, we'll look into doing this!
@dettlaff No, Proton Mail is not created by the CIA. But the point of E2EE is that trust in the service provider isn't necessary. Everything we do is open source and publicly auditable. Anybody can verify that our encryption works as advertised.

@protonmail

On September 6, 2021, despite the company's claim that it does not keep a log of IP addresses and that no personal information is required to create a secure email account, the French authorities were provided with the data of several Youth for Climate movement members. Users were then arrested.

(sorry for russian lang)

Protonmail сдал своих пользователей-активистов властям Франции

ProtonMail предоставил данные о дате создания аккаунта, связанных с ним IP-адресах и устройствах, с которых осуществлялся вход в аккаунт.

@dettlaff Privacy is not the same as anonymity and like any company, Proton Mail can't ignore Swiss court orders. Anonymity requires user action (like using Tor, practicing good infosec) and is a user responsibility. More details about this case here (we ultimately won in court): https://proton.me/blog/climate-activist-arrest

@protonmail OMG, hi! Welcome back.

You're not allowed to leave again. 😭
