@BalooUriza From my understanding of Oklahoma law, eBikes that work by ASSISTING the rider's pedaling (as in no throttle) are treated like bikes, as long as they do not exceed 28mph. The 28mph thing was per a Tulsa-area cop from a conversation earlier today.
