@shine I wish your friend all the luck, but right now the housing situation in Berlin is miserable. A friend of mine has been subletting weeks to a few months at a time, after she needed to move to a new place. She’s been doing this now for two years, and there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. The biggest rental agency Immobilienscout has about hundred apartments available for the whole city. Even with the money it’s extremely hard to find anything, and the city says with the current production, there’s enough apartments for everybody in ten years.
