The primary complaints about Gen Z ultimately boil down to "They refuse to work shitty jobs for shit pay" and "They're too nice to people who are different". Which says just as much about the quality of the older generations as the quality of the new one.

@Caitoz There is one thing a lot of people aren't getting about GenZ. There aren't nearly as many GenZ entering the workforce as Boomers are leaving. This will be true for the next decade and a half.

So the blaming y'all are seeing now? It's nothing compared to what you'll see for the next decade and a half.

Take it from a member of the previous "lazy and entitled" generation, the oft-forgotten GenX.

@DomesticMouse @Caitoz well, not the immediate previous, millennials were there between us
@raphaelmorgan @Caitoz millennials were never ignored the way GenX were and are. Every newspaper article about generations always mentions boomers, millennials/GenY and GenZ. GenX may get a footnote, but as the eternal intern generation, the boomers writing most of those articles ignore the fact we exist.
@DomesticMouse @Caitoz I never said they were, I said they were the previous "lazy and entitled" generation.
Y'all are definitely the generation that gets ignored the most, don't know what that's about but I never denied it
