@StevenBeschloss It would be great if there was thorough examination of this result. I would suggest it's the process that both attracts and requires them in its current state. You make an excellent observation, the responsibility goes to all involved for this state of affairs. Spin it around, any decent, qualified person should not want to put themselves through the grinder for the sake of public service. What are we left with to choose ?
