E.H. Taylor Single Barrel Bourbon (100 proof) — 1 oz
Angostura bitters — 2 dashes
Orange peel infused demerara simple syrup – 1 bar spoon

Express lemon peel at 4 inches, flame orange peel, serve with slim citrus twist over large cube — preferably with fire and a good book.

@jfh007 Tough to call the top 3 but my favorites: George T Stagg, Blanton''s Straight From The Barrel, Stagg Jr — I'm a big rye guy though so Thomas Handy, EH Taylor Rye and regular ole Sazerac are high up there too.
