Knob Creek Cask Strength Rye (115 proof) — 1 oz
E.H. Taylor Single Barrel Bourbon (100 proof) — 1 oz
Angostura bitters — 2 dashes
Orange peel infused demerara simple syrup – 1 bar spoon

Express lemon peel at 4 inches, flame orange peel, serve with slim citrus twist over large cube — preferably with fire and a good book.

@b3ll yes, big fan of that. I love using maple or darker agave for a different feel and sweetness.
