The insidious thing about “unlimited vacation” is that there’s never a good time to take it because you’re always busy. With minimum vacation balances, you can always play the “I’ll lose it if I don’t take it” card.

No surprise data shows unlimited vacation is used less.

@carnage4life And what do people think will happen if they actually take unlimited vacation? I think we may have to add another definition of unlimited to the dictionary. That is if it isn't already there due to telecommunication companies and their unlimited Internet plans.
