@democracydocket Moore v Harper scares the shit out of me. Ohio has already ignored the state SC orders to make a fair map, which caused the need for 2 primaries last year. If SCOTUS gives ISL the greenlight, the bad actors in Ohio will be affirmed in their shenanigans and the voters won't have any recourse
