Alison M Strack@mraharrison @bookstodon The best book I read in 2022 was Louise Erdrich’s Sentence. (Maybe The Sentence). Beautiful double entendre in the title. Another is Life and Fate by Vassily Grossman. A novel that weaves in the german soviet conflict in WWII in the structure (but not length) of War and Peace.
