The government ALREADY regulates 1000s of things about stoves. Why do they run on 240v at 60Hz power...who they hell gets to dictate that! They have regulations about ventilation, fire safety.
People who make this argument who are in government are making a bad faith argument because they know their low information voters salivate at the prospect of another culture war where GOPers can poison their children to own the libs.
