@technocounselor plantronics has always been my preferred brand. They have different models to choose from, one that allows a split channel so that one ear hears the computer and the other ear hears the telephone conversation. 

@technocounselor Allison can you let me know if you get any good suggestions for that headset. I use one in work for the Telephone and Jaws but the listen part is awful.

@technocounselor i'm not part of your feed, but I came across this post. I bought a Microsoft brand USB headset a couple of weeks ago. It works fairly well with my jobs phone system, and pretty nicely on teams. The buttons for mute, volume, and ending calls are raised and easy to feel. It's fairly comfortable to wear. I use it for 9+ hours each day. The sound quality could be better, but I'm not sure how much of that is the headset and how much of it is the low-end laptops they give us.
