Please let her know that she needs to appeal the rejection - all disability claims (except maybe a quadruple amputee) get rejected on the first go.
She needs to appeal.

@JDN5IX @lil_lost Yep. I said the same thing. She did, they denied that too. Next step is to get the official letter of rejection, and file that with the state insurance commissioner.
