@jaykuo that last point of yours is the best: "Sorry, Kevin and Marge. Both special counsels are outside your jurisdiction now." Although I am still afraid that this FedSoc member could turn out to be as bad as them, I guess that Garland is betting on there being not even enough evidence for a Federalist to condemn Biden.

@sspopovich @jaykuo these “violations” are handled administratively unless further criminal action compounds the mishandling of classified information ALWAYS. Trump did. Biden didn’t so far as we know now.
