@shrugdealer all else aside, I wonder how much less food we'd throw out if it just tasted better. Like if the strawberries were only available in season would we throw them out as easy?

@shrugdealer I remember seeing a post during 2020 that it was more economical (cheaper) to fill a hole with potatoes than to ship them to people who needed them. So, ofc, they did just that.
