I cannot stress enough how bad an idea having it is to have AIs do any kind of writing, but especially journalism.

We've seen time and time again how human biases easily make their way into these systems. We know how difficult it is to fact check information.

Online writing is already so heavily influenced by SEO and writing for robots. It's poetic that we're making robots to write for robots, and somehow this generates money for someone.
On a personal note, it's so disheartening to see the value of writing continually degraded. It's one of those things everyone thinks they can do on their own or pay next to nothing for, and having app do it only furthers that belief.
Anyway, unionize your workplace.

I suspect that the reason business types love anything that they think will replace creatives is that artists are not interchangeable. Not only does this give them better leverage but it also means the managers can't claim credit for the work by virtue of having ordered people to do it.
