Just tripped over a "go back to work snowflakes" comment on LinkedIn in support of the whiplash "back to the office" mandates and I refuse to believe that -- after a pandemic, advancements in remote tech, and delayed epiphanies that talent isn't tied to location -- we're actually still at this ridiculous point.

@kr1573n Try as they might, there is no going back. That genie is out of the bottle. They'd be better served in advocating for incentives, no pay/benefit based, to get workers back in the office.

Much like the service industry needs to re-evaluate itself to attract workers back.

@Artemis_ agreed. I'd much rather see us focus on how to make remote even better than the "surviving a pandemic" reality we dealt with in the latest evolution of it.
