Something has been weighing on my mind since Christmas -- we got caught up in the blizzard in the northeast and had to change our travel plans suddenly. When we had to change our Enterprise rental car so we could return it to Cleveland instead of Atlanta, they charged us an extra $2,000. Talk about taking advantage of a terrible situation! :-( It has put a sour taste in my mouth about renting with them ever again. #vent #RentalCars
