Just tripped over a "go back to work snowflakes" comment on LinkedIn in support of the whiplash "back to the office" mandates and I refuse to believe that -- after a pandemic, advancements in remote tech, and delayed epiphanies that talent isn't tied to location -- we're actually still at this ridiculous point.
I respect that some companies require an in-office presence for whatever niche purpose, but to think it's *the way* to collaborate is hilariously dated and showcases a lack of embracing modern management and workflows.
Everyone has the right to be a dinosaur if they want, though. đ
