The Justice System Is Broken. Just Look at Allen Weisselberg’s Recent Sentence.

I need to vent. Normally in my writings, I try to answer questions about the law and to explain a fairly complex system that I have studied carefully for decades. But yesterday’s sentencing of Allen Weisselberg, Trump’s longtime CFO at the Trump Organization, rubbed me so raw that I need to ask a few questions of my own.

@jaykuo gotta look at the bigger picture here. The DA is trying to rope Trump into something they can throw him in jail for. I can guarantee that Weiselberg got a lighter sentence in exchange for evidence against Trump himself. If that’s the case, only time will tell. Besides, this happens all the time in our judicial system.
