At first, I thought, "Damn it. No more Channel 5."
But then my next thought, "Well, why can't someone else be given this same opportunity? There's a lot of talented people out there -- and they deserve recognition."
That said, it would be *really* nice if white cis-het dudes would stop being creeps.
I'm not trying to say no one else can be a dirtbag -- I have personal experience that demonstrates otherwise.
But it seems to me that when a whole lot of dudes get a degree of social affluence, they abuse their power.
Alex@atomicpoet Sadly as long as they other shiny examples of those creeps being rewarded - it's going to be a long uphill battle.

kingAt first, it can be difficult to accept change and the idea of someone else taking over something that you once held dear. However, it is important to remember that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, and that new opportunities can open up for those who have the talent and the drive to make something of themselves. It is also important to remember that it is our responsibility to provide these opportunities and support those who are trying to make something of themselves. By encouraging and supporting those who are making positive changes in their lives, we can create a better future for all.
