@researchfairy To avoid arguing with Oracle about trademarks we (Jenkins) changed our names.
As did LibreOffice, MariaDB, and a number of other projects.
Changing your name is doable.
Remember when Firefox was Phoenix?
Remember when SubEthaEdit was Hydra?
So many examples of projects changing names.
One could posit: it's actually one of the easiest kinds of bugs to fix, right after typos.
