First HRT patch today, combined dose changed twice a week. Any hot tips for me? Especially from those who went through surgical menopause for whatever reason.
I had a hysterectomy a couple of months ago, and somehow didn't suffer any of the typical cliff-edge menopause symptoms, so hopefully I'll have an easier ride of the menopause than I did of menstruating.

@Rubelicious , only have general tips, going through the box standard menopause myself, putting the patch on was one of the best decisions ever but for me personally the progesterone is far more important, that gave me my level headness back

@britta12 yeah, my sister had an early menopause at around 38 and said *finally* being given progesterone made her feel vital and alive again. I'm very glad that I didn't have to argue for it.
