Got a shelter in place alert on my phone. The water level in the creek adjacent to our house is currently at 9 feet and rising. Normally, it has inches of fairly stagnant water in it. #California #rain

It's now just under 11'. It's above where the street run off drains and the street is starting to back up and pool on the sides.
