@wombatDaiquiri Advice: do more personnel testing spending and less on tools you don't need. Don't hire idiots, weed them out long before they could potentially be a problem to your organization.
@mikemcdnet I always struggle with deciding "who is the idiot". I mean, I think I was an idiot every ~2 years. I also tend to "follow my gut" and it USUALLY works. But I believe it's just luck. Aren't issues just bound to happen sometimes?
