This makes no sense at all and is frustrating and impossible to understand until you learn there is no support in Congress for banning military guns for Americans because of the kickbacks they receive from gun manufacturers & the NRA.
Everyone knows this but it seems to be impossible to stop these powerful groups no matter how many school shootings continue and innocent people have been killed.
