@mlamps @FrooView Im not a royalist. They've ripped us all off for centuries. But i have a degree of interest bc it's part of my culture. I really think we all have to remember that this isn't a *normal family*.
Their emotions, dreams and life goals ALL have to play out under the lens of being part of the biggest monarchy in the world. There's nothing normal about that.
They are celebrities who *haven't* chosen that life like say musicians artists politicians sports wo/men (and god knows THEY find it hard enough in the spotlight). And the media has a LOT OF MONEY to make from feeding this beast and won't be around to clear up the corpses after.
The Royals are brought up in a weird institution where children have to walk in silence behind a coffin for billions to see and never shed a tear. That spoke volumes to me about the Family Rulebook. We cannot and must not use the same yardstick we would use for ourselves. They are not allowed to.
So believe Harry? Or the Institution? (Because it's NOT Charles or William talking, it's the Institution)
Yes i do believe Harry but really he shouldve just gone away QUIETLY and made his life with his family elsewhere (and probably not America tbh).
My gran always said: "Never air your dirty washing in public"
We ordinary ppl know that. Someone shouldve told Harry. He'll never ever have a fair trial from the monarchy nor the UK Murdoch media, who'll rip him limb from limb. #HarryAndMeghan #Spare #Sussexes
@FrooView @IBB @mlamps Exactly. I think like many personnel who sign up for 10yrs and tours in hostile territory, they're looking for something that is missing in their lives or a pupose.
My overwhelming feeling is one of sadness and pity for him. He's in an unenviable place
From the minute Charles was having an affair with Camilla, up to and including the night before his marriage, any children destined to be born were condemned to being messed up. It was only ever a question of degree. And Dianas death threw those boys over the precipice.
