Not sponsored of course, just thought I would share it with you: Oracle Cloud has added 4 cores and 24GB of ram for ARM-based instances to their "always free" tier for some time now so it seems it's here to stay. You can set un an account without any payment information, but there are no real garantees, so I wouldn't host anything critical but for a quick but powerful VM it is perfect.
