A beer released in late November, of 2022, Schwarzbier is @eclipticbrewing's take on the classic Schwarzbier. Sometimes mispronounced to sound more like that kid in the Christmas Story, this beer has notes of dark bread, dark fruit, roasted grain and even subtle baker's chocolate. A name inspired by the planets Uranus and Neptune, @eclipticbrewing's Ice Giant is their latest take on the Cold IPA. With notes of sweet hay, fruit, citrus, and a bit of bitter earth, Ice Giant might be the Cold IPA for you. Incidentally, this will be back this year, 2023, as a seasonal in December.
