OK I give up trying to find the post which inquired if there was a way to see who we've muted. Forgot to bookmark the post which will act as a place holder.

So ..here's the answer with instructions.

Yes we can see who we've muted.
Click on Settings icon. The little wheel icon
Click on the Menu Icon of 3 tiny lines on the upper right.
Click on Import and Export near the bottom of the screen.
Click on You Mute CSV.
Click on Download.
Click on Open.
