today I meditated together with my partner in his little meditation corner. we set a timer for 15 minutes and I spent them doing a bodyscan with appreciating all the parts of my body.
my partner is also doing that daily meditation thing in 2023 but we hadn't gotten around to actually doing it together until today. this was so good. I want to meditate with other friends, too. I want to make some time to connect with people I love.
