Corporate malfeasance continues.

The climate catastrophe is worsening.

Inequality is widening.

The haters and bigots have not retreated.

But their most powerful weapon is cynicism

We must keep fighting.

@rbreich , I personally know people who have fallen for right wing nonsense. One of the key problems with western media and politicians is how they communicate with people who buy into this rubbish. I personally have had success with working class friends (like I am) by talking to them not as Nazis or fascists, racists but with an open ear.

@rbreich , the trick is (I've found) is to argue that the stuff they worry about doesn't actually affect their life like they think. That in fact they worry about shite. Also, there is nowhere near enough white working class voices like mine out there arguing against right wing narratives.
