After shopping at four different grocery chains, I think I have now found the only chocolate spread that does not contain soy lecithin. It is also by far the most expensive one 💸
Relatedly: friendship ended with milk protein, coconut is my best friend now
I've already switched from cow yogurt to coconut yogurt and while I like it a lot together with cereals, it just tastes way too much like coconut to be generally useful 😢
@larsrh How about Lupine?
@raichoo Sadly I was unable so far to figure out whether lupines are okay for me to eat (some sources say avoid legumes altogether, others say avoid only soy)
@larsrh Darn. Thought it was worth a shot :/
@raichoo It's a good tip regardless 😊 I may be able to get clarification within a few months time and if it turns out legumes are fine, will definitely try it out.
@larsrh To me it's pretty yogurt-ish. Right amount of acidity and that whole shebang.
@raichoo For me the test is: can I use this with a) my cereals and b) to make salad dressing. If both are possible then I'm happy.
@larsrh Both is a yes to me. Fingers crossed that it works out for you!
@raichoo Cool! I already checked which stores in my proximity stock it 😁
@larsrh the skyer from Alpro is good.
