Grand Rapids? More like Grand Parking. In downtown alone, there are more than 30,000 parking spaces for a city with under 200,000 people. We need more infill development and to get rid of parking minimums, everywhere.

Is that an automatic locator for parking space? Because if so:
One idea I've had for a while is having a tool to replace car space in satellite images with parks or "green-tracks" (using a generative model), to be able to show people what they're missing out on. Kind of like how SimCity renders waaay less car-space than realistic today because It'd look too boring.

@the_transit_guy the only city I’ve driven through where the highway speeds remained at 70mph! Most terrifying shit ever to have people trying to merge on and off at quick succession. Like this is not the vast prairie of South Dakota, that is not a safe speed for a city
